Guarantee.
The warranty is 36 months and begins on the date of purchase.
If the delivery item is defective or if it becomes defective within the warranty period due to manufacturing or material defects, the seller will deliver a replacement or make improvements, in particular to the exclusion of any consequential damage to the buyer. Multiple rectifications are permitted. Replaced parts become the property of the seller.
In the event of a warranty, the respective sales company will bear the costs for the return shipment. The shipping costs for all submissions (including warranty claims) to the sales department are at the expense of the purchaser.
The warranty does not apply if the contractual product is improperly installed, used or independently maintained, repaired, modified or exposed to environmental conditions that do not meet the installation or operating requirements by the customer or third parties.
Guarantee is only provided if we have a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice). Otherwise, all services provided will be subject to a charge.
